Order Processing

All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.

  • Processing Time: Approximately 5–7 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • During product launches, holidays, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Cost

From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping promotions on eligible orders.


Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Punkxbot is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged Package

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your case and arrange an appropriate solution.
